Please allow me to introduce myself,
My name is Cory Peavey.
I grew up on a sheep ranch in south-central Idaho, inspired at an early age by the words of my grandmother Diane Josephy Peavey (Author of Bitterbrush Country: Living on the Edge of the Land & retired essayist for Idaho Public Radio) I adopted an admiration for story telling, books, and poetry. Now at the age of twenty six, as a senior attending Boise State University pursuing an English Degree, I am cultivating my own identity as an artist of the written word.
Thank you for stopping by, I know we all have pressing things to do and miles to go before we sleep. So, Please enjoy my portfolio.
I want you to know what I am capable of and what kind of art I produce. So the best I can do for you is to provide a few samples of my work (see links on the sidebar) which I hope can speak for itself.
The rest of this portfolio will explain;
- What I have accomplished at Boise State University.
- What my plans are for the future concerning graduation, furthering my education, and my life as a writer.
- And who I will be and what I think or expect to be capable of in May of 2012 when I plan to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in the arts.
